2.Acceptance and registration by the sales company(branch)
Sales Company(branch) will accept and register the claims after communicating with customers and confirming what they claim. Upon the acceptance and registration, Sales Company will put the information into the CRM system and inform the Marketing Department the claims. Under special circumstances, such as those that cannot be regarded as quality objection, Marketing Department and Sales Company can agree to investigate and then to accept customers’ claims.
3.Investigation Unit organized by Marketing Department
Upon the day Marketing Department receives the information from Sales Company(branch), Marketing Department notices Department of Production and Manufacture or Technical Centre and starts internal investigations and organizes an on-site investigation unit.
4.On-site investigation and object confirmation
Investigation unit carries out on-site investigation and object confirmation, and then start joint sampling after initial communications with customers.
5.Physical and chemical properties inspection
Samples will be sent to qualified Testing Department for arbitration that is recognized by both sides. Testing results shall be reported to Marketing Department.
6.Marketing Department’s negotiations with customers
Based on Internal Quality Objection Investigation Report made by Department of Production and Manufacture or Technical Center, and on Inspection Report, Marketing Department carries out business negotiations with customers.
